Whether that be during detailing, fabrication, testing, or putting together a QA/QC package. Superior Pipe can provide a QA/QC package with extensive details on our procedures, certifications, testing requirements, and other required supporting documentation.
Our process for achieving project success begins with a comprehensive review of all project details and requirements. Our project manager takes the lead in ensuring that we have the latest client specifications and IFC (Issued For Construction) drawings at our disposal, which we use as the basis for all piping component fabrication.
Once we have a clear understanding of the project scope, our team carefully scrutinizes all drawings and project requirements to ensure that we have a solid plan for success, with your expectations and deadlines in mind.
As part of our commitment to quality and efficiency, we take additional steps to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks during the fabrication process. Our team is meticulous about checking in the appropriate materials, monitoring welding progress, and conducting spool dimensional and orientation checks.
We also keep detailed records, updating weld logs and status reports to keep you informed of our progress and ensure that everything is on track. By maintaining a rigorous focus on every aspect of the project, we can consistently deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed your expectations.
Once the fabrication process is completed and all quality control and assurance processes have been carried out in-house, Superior Pipe Fabricators will proceed with other services as required, including X-Ray, hydrotesting, coating, cleaning, heat treating, and more.
We have a dedicated team to manage these additional services, ensuring that they are carried out with the same level of attention to detail and quality that we bring to our fabrication process. We will carefully review all reports to ensure accuracy and document our findings for future reference, ensuring that our clients have a complete record of the work that was done.
We go the extra mile to ensure complete transparency and accountability with our clients. As a final step, Superior Pipe can compile a comprehensive Quality Control booklet, which includes all pertinent information and reports from throughout the fabrication process.
This booklet will feature a detailed weld map and log with information on all services provided. Our commitment to excellence doesn’t end with the completion of the project. We are always ready to provide support and answer any questions you may have, even after the job is done.
